- Click on "Click here for Application Forms" below and Print all 5 forms on your printer.
- If unable to print forms, call Message Center 734-647-1232 and state "I need forms" leave name & address
- Complete all 5 forms.
On page 5, physicals obtained withing the last 12 months will be accepted. Send a copy.
- Prepare check in the amount of deposit or full payment.
Payable to: Rich Rodriguez Michigan Football Camp or RRMFC
Personal Checks will only be accepted through June 1st.
U.S. Money Orders and U.S. Cashiers Checks along with Cash accepted after June 1st.
No Credit Cards Accepted for Payment using Manual Registration.
- Send completed forms along with payment to address given on first form.
- After we process your forms and payment, we will mail you a confirmation letter.
- Check through your confirmation letter for errors and missed information.
Incorrect or missing information from confirmation letter can be phoned in and left with the message center.
Resident campers will receive housing information to be read / signed / and brought to registration.
- Before leaving for camp, read through information on web site.
- Drive or fly safely on June 26th
